Justin is a licensed California real estate agent, DRE #01448577. He bought his first property in 2002, before he was licensed, and has spent the twenty plus years since on both sides of these transactions. Carrie runs the business with him.
That is the whole company. When you call, Justin answers. Nobody hands you to an acquisitions rep, then to a closer, making you explain your situation over again each time.

Where We Started
Orange County, And Then Everywhere Else
We started in Orange County. We still buy houses there, and we run a separate site for it at WeBuyHousesInOC.com. That is where the 425+ sellers we have helped came from, and where our reviews and our BBB accreditation come from.
What we noticed was that people did not use us once.
One client has worked with Justin for over ten years, first to buy a home in Mission Viejo and again recently in Orange. Another couple sold two houses with him. An agent sent us her own client because that client needed to move fast and she wanted them looked after. And one family who inherited a house in a trust lived out of state the whole time, and needed someone who could handle it without them flying in.
That last one kept happening. People who do not live near the house, dealing with something they did not plan for, looking for someone they can trust from a distance.
So we built this site, so those people could find us wherever they are. Not a growth plan. Referrals we did not want to turn down.

Most companies that buy houses have exactly one thing to sell you.
We will buy your house. We would like to. But we will also tell you when listing nets you more, and show you the arithmetic rather than asking you to take our word for it.
Sell to us for cash. Fast, as-is, no fees, no commission, we cover the closing costs. It comes in below market, and we say so on every page.
List it with an agent. In California, Justin is licensed here and can list it for you at 1%. Anywhere outside California, if listing is the right call, we will help you find the best agent. We know what to ask, what to look for, and how to find an agent who understands your goals.
A structured sale. In some situations we can structure a sale that gets you full market value and still closes fast. Not every house qualifies, and we will tell you honestly whether yours does.

Justin is a licensed real estate agent in California. If your property is in California and listing is the better move, we can list it for you at 1%.
Outside California we are buyers, not agents. If listing serves you better we will say so and help you hire the right local agent, rather than pretending we can do it ourselves.
We are a small family business focused on helping homeowners who need to sell fast understand all the options available to them. We work across the country from Fullerton, California, and we would rather tell you that than let you assume we have an office down the street.
